Our client is an expanding group within MENA straddling in many sectors like construction, manufacturing, IT, retail, etc. He is searching for its HR Manager based in Tunis (Tunisia)

Poste

As HR Manager you will handle HR Operations and Administration, Management Reporting, HRMS and Payroll and HR Projects. Your main missions are:
    * Produce, interpret and improve statistical reporting and analysis on the organisational intelligence related to time worked, benefit time, paid time off, and cost/risks with leave approval and administrative practices.
    * Ensure day-to-day HR operations are consistent and aligned with group policies and compliant with local governing regulations.
    * Administer and oversee processes and programs within employee life cycle, monitor and ensure that all are carried out according to standard procedures.
    * Act as first escalation level and solves as quickly as possible, difficult service issues escalated by staff pursuant to company policy.
    * Identify opportunities and make recommendations to management for process improvements and program enhancements
    * Review work, progress, timeliness and results for quality, accuracy, completeness, and soundness of judgement.
    * Ensure that Leave of Absence and Time and Attendance is administered accurately for all employees.
    * Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of employee data and payroll.
    * Drive consistent practices and procedures, including oversight for interpreting, integrating, and updating business process ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal standards.

Profil

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR ROLEYou have an MBA (ideally) or a qualified degree and 5+ experience in Human Resources including 2 years on a Managerial position.
Your solid understanding of employment & labor laws in Tunisia makes you a good advisor for the line managers on this topics.
