Quelles sont les missions ?
Reporting to National Sales Manager of the Food Division, you sell Food Division products directly to customers (main actors of the food, beverage, sweet industry...) or through distribution channel in a designated area, achieving the respective budget targets in volume, price, margin and product mix. You maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and deliver net sales growth and share objectives.
You develop commercial/technical presentations to improve customer knowledge of the firm's products as well as to further develop the firm branding.
Your communication with Financial, Customer Service and Supply chain personnel is frequent and accurate and you provide information of market intelligence.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Preferably Bachelor of Science in Food Science or science related field (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering), you will have at least 5 years industry experience and will be a hands-on executive, spending 40 to 50% of your time in the field, managing your accounts and creating new business with potential customers.
The position requires strong negociation skills, key account management expertise and a deep knowledge of the food, flavor and beverage industries. Business development activities, promotion of new products and applications are also key components of this position. You must be able to effectively and efficiently manage a national territory including call planning, contract negociation, presentations to R&D/Marketing and delivering financial results. To better exchange with the Group HQ, you speak fluent English and French.
