Quelles sont les missions ?
In the Global Training team, part of the Marketing, Communications and Customer Value Creation department, the Training Project Manager is in charge of designing and providing the training tools that support retail teams' development.
The Training Project Manager will join a team in development, with the objective to empower all our client's sales associates to enhance the international shopping experience around the world.
This entrepreneurial and evolutive position will give you the opportunity to participate in the deployment of Global Blue Tax Free Shopping Academy (mixing standard and customized contents) and support additional ongoing training projects from Payment and Dynamic Currency Change to internal training development.
The Training Project Manager reports to Global Blue's Global Training Manager.
As such, your roles and missions are as follow:
ROLES AND MISSIONS:
Content production
- Collaborate with sales and Customer Value Creation teams to design training plans fitting our clients need
- Design blended learning tools (in-room training tools, eLearning, webinars, videos, tutorials, quizzes, handout documents, etc.)
- Update training materials on a regular basis
- Collaborate with countries to translate and review training materials when needed
- Design and analyse store assessments and satisfaction surveys questionnaires
Community management and platform administration
- Support countries in their training rollouts (train the trainer, follow-up, return on experience and feedback gathering)
- Administrate Global Blue's learning platform (learners management, modules accessibility and update)
- Facilitate communication and coordinate exchanges with countries to ensure proper rollout of the training strategy
- Manage training tools accessibility
Tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with Sales to follow-up and analyse training results
- Formalize and administrate dashboards monitoring the training activity and performance both from Global Blue and the client side
Facilitation
- Design and deliver virtual and in-person learning events
- Facilitate and/or participate in train-the-trainer, pilot sessions, in-store coaching sessions, and course overviews, as necessary
Innovation
- Build your expertise by participating to meetings, conferences, store visits and stay in touch with competition and market trends
- Keep yourself up to date with training innovations (facilitation, experience, digital, learning community management) to get inspired and use new approaches in the training tools you develop
ROLE et MISSIONS :
Production de contenu
- Collaborer avec les équipes de vente et de création de valeur pour le client afin de concevoir des plans de formation adaptés aux besoins de nos clients.
- Concevoir des outils de formation mixtes (outils de formation en salle, eLearning, webinaires, vidéos, tutoriels, quiz, documents à distribuer, etc.)
- Mettre régulièrement à jour les supports de formation
- Collaborer avec les pays pour traduire et réviser les supports de formation si nécessaire.
- Concevoir et analyser les évaluations des magasins et les questionnaires des enquêtes de satisfaction
Gestion de la communauté et administration de la plateforme
- Soutenir les pays dans le déploiement de leurs formations (formation des formateurs, suivi, retour d'expérience et collecte de commentaires).
- Administrer la plateforme d'apprentissage de Global Blue (gestion des apprenants, accessibilité et mise à jour des modules)
- Faciliter la communication et coordonner les échanges avec les pays pour assurer le bon déploiement de la stratégie de formation.
- Gérer l'accessibilité des outils de formation
Suivi et rapports
- Collaborer avec le service commercial pour le suivi et l'analyse des résultats des formations.
- Formaliser et administrer les tableaux de bord de suivi de l'activité et de la performance des formations, tant du côté de Global Blue que du côté du client.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
ABOUT YOU:
Your experience:
- Previous experience in retail and/or training in Luxury
- At least 3 years of experience in a training position
- Master degree
- You are a digital learning and retail addict
Your hard skills:
- You are fluent in English
- You master PowerPoint
- You are familiar with some digital learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Teach on Mars, etc.)
- You are familiar with design and video editing tools (Photoshop, PlayPlay, etc.)
- You have strong writing skills
- You are a good facilitator either in face to face or remotely
Your soft skills:
- You are thorough, structured and straight to the point
- You are creative, keen to share and pass on knowledge
- You are agile and client oriented
- You cultivate good relationships and are a true team player
VOTRE PROFIL :
Votre expérience :
- Expérience préalable dans la vente au détail et/ou la formation dans le secteur du luxe.
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste de formation.
- Diplôme de master
- Vous êtes accro à l'apprentissage numérique et au commerce de détail
Vos compétences :
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais
- Vous maîtrisez PowerPoint
- Vous êtes familier avec certains outils de création d'apprentissage numérique (Articulate 360, Teach on Mars, etc.)
- Vous êtes familier avec les outils de conception et de montage vidéo (Photoshop, PlayPlay, etc.)
- Vous avez de solides compétences rédactionnelles
- Vous êtes un bon facilitateur, que ce soit en face à face ou à distance.
