Pernod is a historical subsidiary of the group Pernod Ricard, created in 1975 by the merger of French Pernod and Ricard companies. In France, Pernod is N°1 in Rum with Havana Club, N°1 in Single Malt scotch whisky with Aberlour and N°1 in Premium blended whisky with Ballantine's. Pernod markets a total of 25 brands on the French spirits market including Champagne Maison Mumm, Cognac Martell and exports globally 7 brands that include Suze, Pastis 51, Byrrh, Pernod and Pernod Absinthe.

With 3 production sites in France and 500 employees, Pernod remains the second contributor of the French Spirits market. Strong in both commercial and industrial expertise, the company also places digital innovation at the heart of its strategy from 2011.

Our Marketing Department is recruiting a:

Senior Brand Manager - Havana Club France

Contract: Permanent Contract (Full Time)

Date: As soon as possible

Location: Position based in France - Creteil until April 2020, then in Paris 9e (St Lazare)


Strategic Brand Management position within one of Pernod Ricard's top priority brands.

Great opportunity to lead and manage an iconic spirits brand, from both a strategic (lead strategic thinking & planning) and operational (manage business fundamentals, lead 360 marketing planning and execution) aspect.

Given its importance in the organization the position will report directly to a Brand Director. Your role: together with 2 brand managers, is to manage the brands Havana Club & Pacto Navio in France with a clear focus on 'making more from the core' by strongly growing the existing product range, as well as developing a strong innovation pipeline for the coming years. This exciting role requires a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager with proven strategic / analytical / creative skills, and a track record in successful innovation development.
