Quelles sont les missions ?

You will join our subsidiary in India and its employees. With the support of our group in Europe and in coordination with the local Operations Director, you will be responsible for the entire business and its development.

You will be responsible for

- the subsidiary's operating result and ensuring the growth of our turnover and the profitability of our business

- developing and implementing our development strategy in conjunction with the group

- managing a team of 10 sales representatives with the support of 2 sales managers

- to structure the commercial approach in order to make it more efficient

- Develop our export activity (Asia and Africa)

- to be the company's representative to our customers and to be the guarantor of our brand

- quality control

- Ensure reporting to the Group.



Your success in this key position in our company will allow you to access broader responsibilities for our subsidiary or within the Group itself.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

You have a higher education (Bac +5) with a commercial specialization, you already have a successful experience (at least 10 years) in the commercial management of a company that produces and sells products. Your international experience allows you to address and adapt to customers from a different culture than yours; you are mobile to live in India (alone or with your family). You have already been involved in structuring the sales approach of a sales force.

Your Product (vs. Service) expertise has a design imprint in one way or another. For example, you have worked in the world of decoration or furnishing products, furniture, kitchen utensils, fashion and clothing... ideally in the world of fabric.

We are looking for an experienced employee. You are used to working internationally (or you have a real appetite for it) which allows you to adapt to ways of working and trading that are different from your own. You want to experience an enriching adventure where you will contribute your know-how and your interpersonal skills.
