Quelles sont les missions ?
The CFO will oversee the day to day financial, accounting, and "back office" operations of the company.
The CFO will help the company grow the top line by providing support for the growth initiatives set forth by senior management.
The CFO will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the financial reporting, analysis, and infrastructure of the company that will directly impact the company's ability to analyze and deal with the strategic and operational issues affecting the business.
The CFO will be responsible for Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Insurance, Credit, Collections, and Trade Spend.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
- A minimum of 15-20 years overall business experience in progressive accounting and finance positions which would include a range of CFO, Divisional CFO, Controller, and/or Finance Director roles
- A proven track record in building and leading an effective accounting and finance organization. A strong talent manager who has a track record of identifying, attracting, developing and retaining high performing finance talent
- Solid Balance Sheet, Treasury and Credit management experience is important, including bank relations and cash management. Experience driving cost reductions and other working capital improvement programs
- Superior quantitative and analytical skills, with a natural propensity for clarity
- Hands on Information Technology experience (Systems implementation, integration, and operational experience).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with CEO's and management teams
- Professional working experience ideally with a manufacturing and distribution business
- Experience in valuation, due diligence, M&A transactions a plus and with an international company and ability to work in a multicultural environment is a plus.
French language skills are a plus
