Quelles sont les missions ?
Your role in our team
- You are responsible for remote support for our software products
- You support our warehouse management systems and our software for controlling logistics processes at our customers worldwide via remote maintenance
- You are the technical contact person, receive error messages from our end customers and independently carry out error analyses/diagnoses and troubleshooting using our remote maintenance software
- You document service cases in our ticket system and maintain our knowledge database
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Your profile
- You have professional training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, or comparable training
- You have good Windows operating system (server and clients) and IT (hardware and software) knowledge, some experience with Linux is desirable
- You have knowledge of SQL and ideally have already worked with relational databases (e.g. Oracle).
- You have very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
- You are a team player, you have strong communication skills, you have a high service mentality, and you are characterized by a willingness to learn and strong social skills
- They are open to occasional on-call duties
