The client is looking for its future Real Estate Support Services Country Manager France, reporting directly to the Real Estate Support Services EMEA Director, based in Netherlands.
Participating in the RESS European strategy definition, with big focus and challenge in fleet management, he will pilot the adaptation and implementation of this policy at the French level.
The main challenges of the position are :
- the managerial revitalisation of the team (5 employees),
- building a close and positive relationship with internal customers by ensuring their satisfaction,
- the structured and efficient steering of the facilty management budget.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
With master degree in management or logistics, recognised for your leadership, generosity and structured spirit, you made facility management grow in your company and helped your staff to progress within the framework of at least 7 years' experience in an international environment.
