Quelles sont les missions ?
Leads and manages a global product category and be the ambassador of the brand, while expertly driving adoption and advocacy for value maximization of a client portfolio of products in hepatology.
Acts as a marketing expert and leads creation and implementation of global marketing plans for the product portfolio.
Effectively collaborates with multiple functions to ensure consistent execution of the marketing mix and measured success of products in market.
Drives successful launch of new products, optimises current product portfolio, and manages product lifecycles, forecasts, price, etc.
Influences and drives competitive strategies based on thorough competitive intelligence and market analysis.
Develops strong partnerships with KOL's and leverages those relationships to influence product strategies and business plans.
Recognizes market trends and uses market research to develop market requirements, partners with R&D Project Managers for new products development and anticipate future directions for the portfolio.
Generates data and commercial input to ensure clinical claims will support value proposition development and POD (Point of difference) messaging.
Supports cross-functional initiatives and plans promotional strategies for company marketing activities.
Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
Adheres to all company policies, regulations, procedures and business ethics codes.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
A minimum of two years' experience in a global upstream role and a minimum of 3 years in a product management role.
Medical device industry experience in an international and culturally diverse environment preferred. Strong affinity for innovation and experience in launching new products internationally.
Strong strategic and business acumen with application of the marketing 4P and experience of crafting marketing plans, VOC acquisition, managing a product portfolio, devising pricing strategies, commercialization of new products, leveraging digital communication channels and establishing and following marketing metrics.
Ability to present crisply and simply complicated and complex information for effective decision making, to deliver presentations at all levels of the organization and to influence and persuade convincingly.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced multi-cultural matrix environment, as well as establishing and nurturing productive relationships with key stakeholders and Regional marketing are essential.
Strong reasoning, numerical and quantitative analytical skills are mandatory with the ability to think and work strategically.
A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree in Business Administration (MA/MBA) or Sciences is preferred.
Must be able to travel internationally 10-20% of the time.
