Quelles sont les missions ?

As Chief Financial Officer, the candidate will be a key member of the company's executive leadership team, reporting directly to both the Chairman and the CEO. The candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all financial aspects of the company's operations and will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and driving the financial health of the company's organization.

He/she will also prepare the company for its next step of funding.

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and growth.

Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to support informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to the executive team and stakeholders:

-Oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements.

-Provide regular financial performance updates to the executive team and board of directors, highlighting key insights and trends.

-Implement financial KPIs to monitor the company's performance and track progress towards strategic goals.

Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow and working capital to support operational needs and investment opportunities.

Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture while providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, auditors, and other key stakeholders.

Strategic Decision Support: Provide financial insights and analysis to the executive team to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
