Quelles sont les missions ?
Job responsibilities:
-Ensure that products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements
-Take part to the continuous improvement of the ISO standards management systems and to the overall quality level
-Conduct internal audits
-Maintain and update internal documentation, procedures and products specifications
-Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of all raw materials
-Investigate and answer to customer quality claims
-Analyze data and identify root causes of technical issues or non-conformities and participate
in the elaboration of action plans
-Collaborate with other departments, Production, Procurement, IT, Maintenance and Engineering to satisfy customer requirements and implement corrective actions
-Support customers for new product developments and take part to the industrialization
-Maintain the online defects inspection system
-Carry out risk assessments to ensure that potential failures are identified and addressed during the whole production cycle (PFMEA and control plan)
-Follow-up Quality Key Performance Indicators
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Education :
-The candidate must be in possession of a bachelor or master degree in Engineering Sciences
-The candidate should have a certain level of experience or technical skills in production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing of goods
Skills & Qualifications
-Ability to work in a highly diversified industrial work environment
-Ability to work autonomously, showing initiatives
-Will to acquire specific technical knowledge
-Strong communication (oral and written) skills
-Good interpersonal skills
-Team player
-Sense of responsibility and urgency
-Stress resistance
-Proficient usage of standard Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word, ...)
Languages
-Fluency (oral and written) in English and French or German is a must
-Luxemburgish is an advantage
