But as a 3P Program Manager, you will develop new ways of thinking about and partnering with our 3P carriers, designing and delivering 3P solutions your mission. Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, you'll continuously be scoping out new solutions. You'll conduct your own research and analysis, always with an eye on the long-term vision of the business. Key job responsibilities
- Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in our 3P network
- Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of 3P business operations, driving improvements across a range of teams and organizations
- Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs, seeing them through from start to finish
- Enhance operational performance on every programme in partnership with your stakeholders

About the team
Amazon's European Expansion Transportation team is looking for an enthusiastic, customer obsessed, Program Manager to manage projects, implement and improve metrics, improve supply chain routes, and ensure that packages move efficiently throughout Europe from fulfillment centers to customers.


To be successful in this role, you need a passion for making data driven decisions which will have direct impact on the customer experience. Some keys to your success are the ability to dive deep on possible leads, collating data points from across orgs, be an effective communicator to various audiences. The ability to remain flexible and adept to learning new tools and systems is instrumental your role on the team. Our environment is deadline driven, fast paced and requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable interacting or working with multiple teams (business and technical).


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Identifying strategic improvements needed with key 3P last mile partners to improve 3P Cost to Serve and CX
- Engaging senior leadership from across multiple orgs to get sign off on strategic business cases
- Being the cohesion between operational execution plan and financial planning.


The ideal candidate has a background of running cross-functional projects. The candidate is comfortable rolling-up their sleeves and working on implementation. They have demonstrated the ability to build customized logistics solutions, drive process improvement, standardize procedures and eliminate the root cause of defects within current systems. This job will require strong communication skills while having the ability to work independently in a complex, and often ambiguous, work environment. Passion and drive for customer service is a must.
