Quelles sont les missions ?
In order to support exclusively our management in two strategically important business units (with sites in France, Switzerland, Germany) in a result-oriented manner and for the sake of enriching our HR Leadership Team we would like to attract you as empathic, entrepreneurial actind HR Business Partner (f/m/d) with background in French labor law
Your tasks, responsibilities and self-understanding:
- Counselling, guidance and support for the management regarding all HR-relevant aspects (recruitment, personnel and organizational development, performance-/talent-management, compensation, labor law, etc.) with focus on implementing defined business targets and ensuring support, guidance and monitoring of the execution
- Continuous enhancements of our existing HR tools, guidelines and processes in cooperation with our HR Leadership Team for the purpose of overall professionalization of our company group (worldwide)
- You do regard yourself as business partner and enabler (f/m/d) for the management; your performance and work style are independent and team-oriented at the same time
- You do support our VP HR / IT and two of our executives on BU Level in a matrix organization including relevant reporting

Quel est le profil idéal ?
- Several years of experience in an exigent responsibility as HR business partner, specialist or manager (f/m/d) based on a relevant degree - in an international industrial enterprise; experience in a matrix organization would be welcomed; or: background as specialist (f/m/d) for labor law with relevant industrial experience
- Motivation in taking shared responsibilities by changing and transforming a very successful business which desires to master further internationalization. You understand to deliver input among experienced managers with sure instinct, sovereignty and assertiveness
- Integrity, exemplary status, strict reliability, accordance with our core values and excellent communication
- Profound knowledge in French labor law
- French, German and English
