Quelles sont les missions ?
Overseeing of all aspects of mining operations and teams
Contractor management of the mining contractor
Developing and executing short term mine plans in line with business quality
specifications
Leading, delivering and creating a safe, productive, trusting and collaborative culture
for the mining team
Ensuring all site, capital and operating budgets are developed based on and within
appropriate parameters
Building and delivering the operational readiness plan for the mining operations
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in a senior leadership role within mining operations.
Financial and business acumen with the ability to identify and lead business
improvement programs or initiatives.
Technical knowledge of both open pit and mine planning systems.
Contractor management experience.
French speaking is mandatory.
African mining experience desirable
