The leader of this team will partner with various teams within & outside of their immediate org and use data analytics to build intelligence that can be fed upstream for faster detection and prevention of bad actor attempts. The leader also is responsible of talent development, training, strategy and execution of the team's goals. He/she will have a unique opportunity to closely partner with senior leaders and product, science, technology and operations teams across the organization driving programs that are critical to building trust with our Customers and Selling Partners. This role provides an opportunity to own and drive programs across operations, program management, analytics, site strategy, security and process improvement.

Key job responsibilities
- You will use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary IT projects and build trust across teams.
- You will collaborate with engineering teams and other internal stakeholders to drive proof of concepts, develop technical documents required for service deployment, develop and run field testing scenarios and UATs, address procedural administrative or support debt, assist in training and documentation and coordinate bill of materials and change management
- You will lead and streamline the transition of IT Services to our deployment execution or production environments, ensure changes are effectively released ensuring feedback mechanisms are established.
- You will build effective relationships with stakeholder and service owners.
- You will understand technical and functional specifications, and coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy projects
- You should be comfortable explaining your analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development and engineering teams.
- You will have broad knowledge of best in class IT infrastructure products, services and driving cost effective solutions
- You will make optimal trade-offs between schedule, resources, and scope, and apply advanced technical and business knowledge to address major risks, challenges, and obstacles.
- Own architecture, design and deployment decisions for projects that you will manage and align solutions across cross functional teams incl. security, legal, compliance, engineering, product, supply chain, deployment engineering and customer teams.
- You should be able to deep dive to create technical solutions, adapt to a fast paced and constantly changing environment. You should be able to define prescriptive tasks for teams and work with ambiguous requirements.
- You will own and drive projects related to new (or changes to existing) products, services or solutions, and provide overall support to all affected stakeholders.

About the team
The OpsTechIT Deployment Readiness Team is a key pre-deployment function for OpsTechIT which manages the global programs to qualify products, solutions, services and processes that are developed, owned by OpsTechIT and the demand from internal operations customers. OpsTechIT Deployment Readiness Team manages all programs that includes exploratory product/solution evaluation, pilot programs, products or solutions to be evaluated for limited deployment and doing field / user acceptance testing of products/solutions/services part of planned technology migration for IT Infrastructure.

5+ years of experience managing large global IT projects from initiation to closure.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
Experience managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromise and influencing others and problem solving.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to successfully manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and varying levels of management.
Experience with core IT infrastructure components and service concepts.
Intermediate-level knowledge in one or more of the following: LAN, WAN, Wireless, Telecommunications, Systems Administration, Low voltage data cabling, or data facilities technologies.
Experience with procurement of IT equipment.
Experience as a leader and mentor for project teams in a matrix environment.
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or other warehouse environments.
Experience managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromise and influencing others and problem solving.

5+ years of experience managing IT products from initiation to closure.
Master's Degree from an accredited university.

As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager for Deployment Readiness programs, you will own a wide variety of IT infrastructure products (including but not limited to, Network Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure, End User Equipment, Data Facilities Equipment) with significant scope and impact supporting several different areas of the business. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners including OpsTechIT infrastructure engineering, IT Deployment, Field IT, Supply Chain, Vendors/Suppliers and Central support functions to deliver quality products, solutions and services to the customer, meeting the business demand to scale, improve productivity, bring frugal solutions and enable business continuity by certifying them on-time. Stakeholders will be in different geographic locations and as such we require strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate requirements from customers within teams across your assigned region.

As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, You will focus on deployment readiness certification and testing efforts within the organization, working directly with customers and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, organize reviews with internal teams and stakeholders, coordinate testing efforts, collect issues as well as manage risks and manage timelines to completion. You will also be responsible for governance and reporting as it relates to your region. You are expected to setup programs in program management systems, manage schedule, work with field resources for technical on-site testing, create test plans and develop and run test cases working with engineering and field resources. You will report on any risks that will impact the delivery of programs ahead of time, and work on mitigation plans to make the program a success, and will use this understanding to influence engineering team's design decisions, technical priorities, and business strategy through data-driven contributions. You will be technical advocates and advisors to different customer teams, will partner with engagement managers to suggest solutions that are supportable and align with standards and policies.

This role requires strong program management skills, the ability to understand, manage and deploy large programs and policy changes, scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, creating and managing metrics, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating with stakeholders across levels on status, risks and process/product changes.
