Quelles sont les missions ?
The BD Manager will help the company in his construction's projects activities in Ivory coast and Senegal
He/She will build market position by locating, developing, defining and strengthening business relationships
Identifies competitors and BI to collect info
Discovers and explores potential business opportunities
Analyze market strategies, business and financial models
Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating terms and conditions and integrating contract requirements with business operations
Prepares technical and commercial proposals
The position is based in Abidjan-Ivory coast
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Skills and requirements:
-At least 15 years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
-Ability to build report and managerial presentations
-Background on the construction sector as contractor and promoter (plus)
-Ownership of the activity and processes: from identifying till closing or dropping opportunities
-Capable of identifying/creating opportunities and drop the less relevant in a professional way with potential clients
-Proficiency in French and English. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
-Engineering Graduation is a plus.
BSc/BA in business administration is appreciated.
